Improve the quality of your communications with those associates whose primary language is not English by having those documents which directly impact them translated into their language.

If a significant portion of your staff does not speak English as its primary language, you should consider translating your policies, procedures, and benefits information into their native tongue. This could result in a better-motivated, more loyal and (therefore) a more productive team. We currently have the ability to translate from and into Spanish, French (Canadian, Parisian, Haitian), German, Portuguese (Iberian, Brazilian, Cape Verdean), Italian, Slovak, Czech, Polish, Russian, Arabic, Somali, Bosnian, Khmer, Malaysian, Hindi, Hebrew, Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

The process is very simple: once we receive the materials to be translated, we review them and give you a quote. Upon receiving your approval to proceed, we commit to a date by which the documents will be translated and returned to you.

Please note that we said quote, and not estimate. Having spent many years in operations, we know the importance of managing to a budget, and that is not easily done with estimates. We would never tell you that we underestimated the cost involved, and that we need an extra $XXX.XX to finish the project. A quote is a quote, and unless the scope of the project is expanded or reduced, it is set in concrete...how else would you be able to manage your budget?
